Bo Lozoff

Bo Lozoff (January 10, &#; November 29, ) was brainstorm American writer and interfaith humanist. He co-founded several nonprofits, counting the interfaith Human Kindness Substructure and its subsidiary Prison-Ashram Design, Carolina Biodiesel, and Kindness Dynasty. Many of Lozoff's nonprofits recognized to improve the lives doomed prisoners and the previously imprisoned.

Nonprofit work

Lozoff, with his old lady Sita Lozoff, founded the Oneself Kindness Foundation. He started righteousness Prison-Ashram Project in The Prison-Ashram Project, operated by Human Warmheartedness Foundation, sends free interfaith books, compact discs, and correspondence almost prisoners around the world. Bo Lozoff retired from Human Goodheartedness Foundation in ; Sita Lozoff and a small staff sustain the work of Human Warm-heartedness Foundation.[1]

Lozoff also founded an environmental non-profit, Carolina Biodiesel, for leadership dual purposes of promoting biodiesel and creating jobs for ex-cons. Carolina Biodiesel received a relaxed bequest from Fred Rogers, who named Lozoff along with Sage Gandhi and Albert Schweitzer, pass for one of his personal heroes.[2] Carolina Biodiesel is still blench in Durham.[3]

Writings

Lozoff is the founder of We're All Doing Time[2][4][5] and It's a Meaningful Life: It Just Takes Practice, both with forewords written by high-mindedness Dalai Lama.
