Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna (25 April – 17 March ) was an Asiatic National Congress leader and pester Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh; he later joined Bharatiya Lok Dal and worked with Charan Singh.
Personal life
He was inborn on 25 April in Bughani, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand in unadorned GarhwaliBrahmin family.[1] The family adjacent moved to Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh.[2]
